BuzzTv 4500 max TV keeps jumping with HDR symbol popping up

I have just bought the BuzzTv 4500 max device and started to watch a TV series. Every few minutes the TV cuts off and the HDR symbol pops up on the top right of my screen.

Does anyone know what's causing this and why it's happening?

It never happened with the firestick watching the same series.

Does this box need setting up to tv to see correct settings , is the box 4K , is the tv 4K

The box is 4K and so is the TV.

I thought id set the box up correctly but now im not 100% sure to be honest. Have read through the little manual but cant see anything as to why the tv would go black then come back on with HDR symbol?

I have just changed HDMI cable and in the box settings turned off 'auto switch to best resolution' and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks 👍
