Satellite cable and sky together

hi
is it possible to have both sky and cable running side by side, i have both lines but i can only seem to get 1 at a time and have to disable tuner a or b every time i want to switch between sky/cable
i dont think this can be done so would like your views as to if it can be done

Yes It can be done. Lots of peeps on here have it running. As long you have a cable and a sky feed and lines for both you shouldn't have a problem
 
i have a cccam line and have placed my vm line directly underneath the cccam line, in the Ccam.cfg file in the etc folder in winscp
is this the right place to put both lines
on the box settings for softcam setup i can only have one active either cccam or Mgcamd

I have both running side by side. Can set 1 or both to record at the same time. both mine are Nlines and are running in mgcamd.
