Cable on zgemma

Hello guys few questions Iv stumbled through setting up a zgemma h.2 on sky no problem and now a zgemma h2 for Virgin Iv sourced what I think is a reliable line and it's good some of the time but sometimes it freezes for ten seconds at a time the SNR is about 70%+ and running off 50mb power line adapters the only thing I could think is causing it is the coaxial to rf adapter in the back? Any help appreciated ?

When it 'freezes' does the screen pixellate? does the SNR drop?

Try a direct Ethernet cable from your router to the box.
If no joy try another test line
