Not sure what the point is here but the Multi-core cable is mainly used for MDU's to incorporate Freeview with Satellite using a Quattro LNB, i doubt many members on here would use it and its not cheap either
 
many others listed on those link and i would not know one from another lol was that aerial and sat supply by 1 cable you mean?
 
LOL no your second link points the the Webro Multi-core cable which is 5 cables inside one PVC jacket and its as thick as hell :-).

Generally used on Apartments/Flats etc.. for connecting a Freeview Aerial and a Quattro LNB to a Distribution system to feed Multi Dwelling Units = MDU's

not something you would use on a standard house
