Can anyone help

had my bm7000 combo box 5 days, all set up but got a big problem, iam only getting 50 percent of channels. get sly movies but hardly any hd ones getting just 2 sports, sometime i cant even get itv, guys who sold me box looking into it but said he had never come across this before, just wondered if anyone has had same problem, did you fix it, and how.

Try loading the Channel List again if u already havent;

MENU>BLADE ONLINE>UK ASTRA> Then select your Region > Save as NORMAL

All sorted . The guy who installed dish was a cowboy. Extended the arm of my dish myself and everything is working great
