Can someone please help me its very important please its to do with youtube

I use youtube mainly to watch and not to upload but I cant remember when I uploaded a video of my mum laughing and as she died last Tuesday 3rd jan I am desperate to watch it again but when i went into my youtube account I can't find it I uploaded it so long ago I cant remember the title I gave it either any help would be very much appreciated,
 
did you register an account when you uploaded it? surely it still would be there or be able to search via your username
