Can't get box to flash

Hi all, I got my box yesterday and have been trying to flash it. I have followed all the steps on wooshbuild and it still won't work. Formatted the USB to fat32 put the files on it, tried it in front and back USB ports but nothing. U have tried three USB stick and none work. Am one had the same problem or can recommend a usb that they know works, or is there any other way to flash it. Thanks

After reformatting are you sure you only have the zgemma file on the usb with the h3 files inside ?
It should work from front usb port but sometimes requires the front power button pressed as you turn power button at rear on.
 
Nothing on it other and the file I downloaded and unzipped to my laptop.

So when you unzipped the file you should have a folder possibly called basebuild, within there is a folder called Zgemma, copy than folder to the pen drive so it's only that folder & it's contents on the drive then it should work.

I would suggest deleting the current downloaded files and starting again.
It may be the file is corrupted somehow so a new download may cure.
I always stick to kingston usb's and have yet to have one fail in over a hundred installs !
