what key have you put in?

where did you download from?

Which usb stick are you using?

which usb port on the box are you using?

You should be using a small capacity, formatted usb drive - make sure only the zgemma folder and it's contents is on the drive.

Check there's a force file in the main directory.

no one can help you unless you give some details in your posts, simply putting four or five words is no good, what have you tried to do?

how did you attempt to do it?

what isn't working as has been asked? what file are you putting in keys folder on the box? have you flashed the box OK?
