can't receive some channels no/bad signal

hi im new to this,
i've just bought a bm7000s and i am currently using it with my sky dish but it cant pick up quite a few channels like sky1 and sky atlantic and im not sure why as all ive done is unplug the dish from my sky box which recieved these channels and put it into my bm7000s.

any help would be appreciated

No or bad signal its telling you its not getting a signal so its down to a faulty cable or faulty lnb or your dish as moved out of alignment
 
have you down loaded the latest firmware to your blade first

Have you rescanned on the satelite ?

Then selected your area, eg northwest, mids etc
 
Hi for info I have the same issue on a Dreambox and a Skybox F5. I now know that the issue is with the strength of the signal from the dish. Reason i know this is that when i take these boxes to my friends house the boxes find all channels and work fine. On my connection they don't. Hope this helps
