Can't record and watch other channels at same time ZGemma H2S

Hi,
Recently installed latest build from Wooshman and everything is working perfectly bar I cannot record and watch other channels(screen goes black)
Had a look in settings and it only finds 1 tuner.
Quite new to this so any guidance would be much appreciated.

As I said I'm pretty new to this.
Could you tell me how to configure the second tuner alcable?
I've been on half the day trying to work it out but am not getting anywhere

Tuner config
Both should be set same

Also u need to be using 2 sat cables
 
Thanks sucmnsee. I have tried that but only tuner A is in choose Tuner folder.
Yes I have two sat cables and I have swapped them around to show that they are both working.
Do you think I should reflash my box in case there was a problem loading in the first time and that is causing the box not to recognise tuner B?

Apologies for asking a stupid question but its defo a h2s not a h2h?
3 lnb connectors at the back all look pretty identical?

You could try asking wooshman in case?
Or try a different backup?
But he may have a simple fix.
 
yes its a h2s I have fit them in both lnb ports (not loop)
I'll try reflashing and see if i get anywhere.
If not i'll try a different backup.

Ps ur not only one with that problem. Let u know if i hear a fix. Dont know which image their using tho as even they dont know ;)
 
I have just set mine up haven't tried to record yet so thought I'd put my 10 pence in so I get updates on the thread in case I have the same problem thanks in advance
