I'm sure VPN traffic will get more attention than " normal traffic" lol.
For the average user there's nothing to worry about.

to be honest they aint going to go after the resellers there would be hundreds of thousands of them ,the big servers are the ones who need to be careful and box clever

Infact the resseller has more chance of being caught as hes doing all the selling why the server owner is sitting comfortable at home.
