CCcam_2.3.2 not picking up line

hi,

i am trying to set up someones zgemma h3.2tc with a vm test line and when i add the C line to the box via Filezilla it wont pick up the details on my box when i restart the cam.

i have added the line to /usr/keys and tried restarting the box and still nothing.

any ideas? or if someone could remote in to my laptop and assist that would be great
 
Does CCcam 2.3.2 work with mips boxes? I thought it had been brought out for arm, didn't realise it worked for both.
Try 2.3.0 and see if that works.
 
I already tried 2.3.0, it came with open atv 6.0 I'm wondering if I should flash with 6.2, I checked for signal from the tuner and it's getting signal it's running at 88 so not sure what else it could be, tried the like on mg H7 and it worked straight away

right willo just an update, i have reflashed the box with openatv 6.2, added the line and and done a scan on autobq, its pulling through all the bouquets but for some reason on softcam panel it is showing FTA on the line details, any idea why?
