Changing line details???

Hi, i've been given new line details for my vu duo. Is there an easy way to edit the old details for the new ones, or even a dummies guide?? I'm still a novice with the box so any help is apprciated. Thanks.

It's simple enough but which cam/image are you using?
Locations of the files you need to edit differ so this bit is important.
