Channel missing

Hi Guys

I was setup with a new line about a monto or so ago which works great apart from a few channels.

The main channel I am looking for is sky sports box office. This channel comes up as a blank black screen when I go onto it. The HD channel says the usual error message on it for some HD channels.

What would be causing this?

I have tried to update the egg downloaded but it gets timed out every time.

My mate has the same box and it works on his grand.

I'm missing loads as well disopointed really just paid my subscription fee for the year and lost loads of channels can all these channels come back on or have we lost them for good

He must either be on cable or iptv.

Satellite channel are gone nearly a month at this stage.

Its a waiting game now but id guess more channel will go in near future. Nobody knows if they will be back.
