Channels not clearing

All channels bar BBC1 have suddenly stopped clearing. As there doesn't seem to be a big purge by vermin I assume the problem is my end. Is there a way to check my line? I tried Re-scanning and ABM and now the channels all have jumbled up numbers?

Any help?

Only bbc1 works?
No bbc2 itv ch4 or ch5 sd channels not working?



If it’s onoy one channel working check your signal or run a channel scan

But if it’s your paid virgin channels not working try a test line
Or restart your network or restart the line

If you rescanned your cable channels check the all list to see if bbc1 now works? if it does then work abm should update it providing your not getting error on scanning.

How do i preform a signal check? I ran a channel scan, and it found all the channels.

I've checked network and its all good, I've rebooted box a couple of times.

How do i restart line?

I'm thinking I'll try a test line

Misread first post 1-5 should work and to check line press ok button twice then you should see your provider listed.
Run a network test to see if all green ,if all green line needs checking.

Sorry Guys, just realised my line ran out, thought i bought 24months but only bought 12.

So is the Sticky thread the best way to find a new provider?

Yes and never buy 24 months,i would be doing 1 month for checking then maybe 3 or 6 months max
