channels not clearing

Be more specific like which channels has your line expired have you ran a scan done a network test on your box has net I'd changed
 
I'm only getting the basic free view channels. Line is active, restarted softcam, box itself. Not sure how to check net id. Contacted my supplier but he's not on just now so not sure if it's a problem at his end.
 
I'm not sure I can say that in an open thread. Don't want to cause any issues for the person or get in any bother for saying his name.
 
Have you had previous problems with the line before? how long have you had the line? it could be that your provider is having problems and trying to fix them, even though he says otherwise, if you have tried re-booting and restarting your box, cam, then I suppose its a matter of waiting to see if the provider does anything, you could always try a test line to see if its any better.
