Is it just me or do other people’s channels constantly freeze, probably my supplier but is there anything I can try with the ZGemma?

is it happening on BBC1 - channel 5 SD ?

If not then it's your line, it it's happening on the 5 channels mentioned above then it's not your line.

1-5 SD are fine. All other channels are unwatchable due to freezing.

If its all channels, then its probaly the line, but you should check all cables and any splitters, if you are using them, just to be sure, then contact your provider and see if they are having any problems, you could also try a few tests and if they work, then you then know its the provider, if not then you can narrow it down.
