Hi, hope someone can help with a problem i have? i have recently had freezing and glitching, i asked my provider if the problem was his end, he came back and said i was only receiving 81% of ecm sent to my box, he sent a picture to prove it, other clients are ok, does anyone know what i can do to get the ecm higher? i have a spiderbox9900. Thanks.

when you get glitching and freezing its the server as they have that many on the server its crap he will tell u different as he does not want to loose your money i have a good sly server no other shares though but sly

Thanks for your answer, what you say could be a big part of the problem, but since i asked the question i have had a good think about it and may have the answer, i have a cable box so i split the signal for that box, you probably know what i'm going to say, yes it did make it better when i made it a direct feed, will see how it goes now.
