cline problem with skybox f5

hello seems that im having problems with my skybox f5 i had to reflash the image again and was sent my cline by the company via email i opened notepad and made it into a cfg file i then placed into usb and did what all websites have shown how to put cline via usb into skybox but everytime it keeps coming up as no new account found i have emailed the provider who sent the cline i belive that this is not a new cline or is not one that was registered to this box what are my options please

You may have a problem with the CCcam.cfg file

Look at post 25 in the tutorial here

Check the file extension is ".cfg" and not ".txt"
