Copy Vu duo 2 skin/settings etc onto Vu zero

How would i be able to copy my settings to my vu zero from my vu duo. I want the skin setup the same and all other setings but dont need the autotimers , what files would i need to transfer across , im using the newest vix.

If on vix you can go to menu vix and image back up that will be a rar file on hard drive
Ftp to it and save that file
 
An image will copy everything, including settings. a backup will copy just settings etc, or does the backup not copy the settings, suddenly forgot...lol
