Correct plug for tuner B

Just want to know what tuner B port to put my cable in to receive channels (rf in or loop out). Just checking.

I have a zgemma h2 and have a cable setup and have it into the tuner b with a coax to rf connector but some channels freeze and the adapters seems loose ? Any alternative or gold plated connector to replace it with?

B&Q and Maplins have already made up cables, I took my box and tried them.
If you think its the connector try placing a little weight on it to establish a good connection to be certain it the connection and not the CAM Server?
