Is there a way of creating an image on one box then converting it to work on another? Reason I ask is cause I've supplied different boxes to various friends/family which are H2H, H4 & H5.2TC & I don't want to have to buy each box to keep at home just to update images for them.....

It would be easier to create a dummy guide on how to do a software update and give it to them.
It's not just for software updates. I've already written and idiots guide with various screen dumps from the box, however, I've got boxes that will new new lines next year as I've switched providers and bought 20 lines in bulk. Guess I'll have to write a further idiots guide how to FTP their new line over from FileZilla :-)
