What exactly do you mean? if you subscribe to a server, you will be sent a line to add to the box, generally by email, so you would have a backup of it in your inbox.
as for creating one, why would you be creating one?
if you are asking how you put one onto an f3, you put the line into a CCcam document onto a USB stick and install
