Disappearing channels

Liverdub

Newbie
Hi guys I'm having another problem with my new zgemma h2s.
I have wooshbuild installed and using an n line.
All premium channels dissappear for a day come back and then go again.
Has anybody had or heard of this problem and know how to fix it.
Help appreciated
Thanks

When you say disappearing, do you mean they are just a blank screen when you try to watch them? Or they disappear from the EPG?

Sounds like it could be line related if the channel is blank. Have you though of getting a 24 hour test line?

Hey wooshman . They are just black screen when I try watch them. Happened on Friday then sat morning they were back and gone again now

So not only do you have blank channels but you have missing bits in your EPG too?

ou have the same line on both boxes. What happens if you turn the other box off and only have the box with the problem on? Does the channel come back then?

No wooshman different on both . N line on zgemma and c line on skybox

What happens if you manually restart the cam?

You haven't said if Vix or OpenATV so can only guide for OpenATV

Red button -> Softcam panel -> Green to restart.

You can also try changing the N: to C: in the CCcam.cfg file.

As for the EPG, a channel scan and EPG update should do the trick on that.

Manually restart cam no difference.
Open ATV is on box.
The guy supplied line at wedding this weekend so no contact.

when channels go off do you also do a network test to see if connected, bad epg either not setup epg correctly to auto update daily and sent to usb/hdd.

Right, OK, so try what I said to do in the PM. It will test your current line.

Also, like cactikid said, try a network test to ensure it is not a network issue.

Blue button -> Network -> Network test. (something like that)

Thanks seems that way. Thanks for help . My man was back on with us there I think too.
