Dlna and mirroring from iPad

im not familiar with this dlna stuff but can I mirror from iPad/iPhone using this dlna set up?

or would I need kodi on iPad/iPhone to be able to do this?

most smart tvs have it also airvideo good can watch my downloaded movies stored on pc on ipad anywhere as long as pc on
