DM500 Bouquets HELP

Hi Brother in Law gave me a dreambox DM500 to sort out his channels are missing. Its OpenPli image on it. I understand just some basics about this receiver, that I need Dreambox Edit to update the channel list but have no clue where to get the channel list / bouquets? was thinking getting them from Zgemma Star 2S folders that I own. Prob not the right way to do it. though i'm thinking he should invest in another satellite receiver because of the hassle. Any help much appreciated in advance.

I cant get the files sent to the DM500s via FTP on dreambox edit, keeps saying error cant connect check ip address, even though I got the dreambox IP address from the network settings.

Download and use flashfxp---it's free.
username is root
p/w is dreambox

got it working rechecked all cables, settings and it worked loaded list in DM500s, i realised after I tried flashfxp it didnt work then I tried filezilla which that didnt work either.
