Do I still have active cable?

Hi all we moved in to our house a few years ago. Previous occupants were on VM whereas we installed sly. I decided to test on my box and see if vermin connection is still active and it's picked up a good few hundred channels, all blank screens with the exception of SD versions of bbc1, bbc2, itv1, C4 and C5. So just wondering if this meant the connection is still active from all these years ago?

Yep, it's still active if you get BBC1,2 ITV,Ch4 all SD, all the rest will be blank until you
do the magic
