dreamplex setup

I'm trying to set up dreamplex on a Solo2 for relatives and I've got access to somebody's plex server on their plex account for them, and I've managed to set it up on my smart tv for testing purposes, but I can't work out how to add this on the Solo2. And when I do what I think is switching (by pressing green to "switch user") from the server attached to the account to the second server of the bloke who's sharing his (I don't know an awful lot about plex so this terminology might be wrong), it crashes.

Anybody got any input?

Okay, well, I've managed to get this part sorted. But none of the content will play on the Solo2, yet it plays on my phone, plays fine on my TV, just won't work on this. It says there's 0:00 minutes.
