Duo2 with Sat & Cable on BH 2.1.6.1 channel list help?

I want to download vmcable & multi satellite channels in a single channel list that I can load in BH image, I think autobouque maker makes this possible in other images, but will it work in BH 2.1.6.1 and where do I find the .ipk to load? Is there an alternative that will work?

Thanks in advance, I'm sure this will become an important question a lot of others will/do have.
