DuoLabs QboxHD support!?

Hey as the title says i have a duolabs QboxHD and i cant find any support online for it what so ever so i was wondering if anyone had any know how about these enigma2 boxes, im wanting to update it but there really is nothing about is it possible to put a sly skin on there or anything i cant even get the plugin list to work on there as it comes up none are available!? any help would be greatly appreciated as im at a loss :(

yeah ive been on there before but there is no actual downloadable updates all that is available is downloads for other products that they do...
 
so nobody has an image or an update that they have done like they do for the enigma boxes today? seems a shame that this box cant be updated as its as good as some of the new ones today
