Hi, yesterday whilst I was out during the day. Apparently there was a message on screen saying there was an update available asking yes or no to update. Who I live with clicked yes to update and they said it took about 5/10 mins, rebooted then came on as normal. The only problem is now the EPG is gone.
They said they can't remember exactly what it said, just something about media. I've tried downloading the EPG manual from opentv down through the menu, this is successful and completes after 10 mins however I only get the EPG for channels bbc, ITV channel 4/5. I ran the update for xmltv but it gets stuck on 'Parsing events', left it over night and still stuck.
Last time this happened, I reformatted my USB as I didn't have any recordings and worked ok, just wondering does anyone have any ideas how to get the complete EPG without having to do this again ?
