Hi,
I have a bit of a problem with the EPG on my box and it is the same on a mates box too,
now that I have discovered it.
I run cable most of the time, and in the EPG providers order it is VM / Sky UK / Sky ROI
The cable EPG is fine, ( I'm using Cross EPG) no problems there.
But the other night I wanted to record a program using the sat tuner so I could watch the footy in HD on cable.
When I switched to the sat bouquet, there was loads of gaps, and I mean 90% missing.
This meant I couldn't set the timer to record.
I left it on the sat tuner for about 10 mins thinking it would automatically start to fill in the gaps but it didn't
add a single program.
My mate runs a combo, but only has a sat line at the moment so his first provider is Sky UK, his EPG is fine.
EPG and Channel list are set to auto update to a USB HDD overnight in the usual way.
I guess it must just be a setting I've missed, anyone have any ideas ?
