Evening all,
First time i've used this image, and after a few manual ftp of files abm working etc.
Only issue i have is how to get epg to operate as EPG - IMPORTER should be in the list but is not.
I've searched plugins without success.

I located the ipk named:- enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport-jenseneverest-vermin-uk-cable_1.0+git123+cee77c2-r33.4_all

if its a sat box he uses crossepg, if cable then I think he uses epg importer.

Press the green button, if epg importer is not in the list press the green button again and select Extensions and then select epgimporter to install. Once installed, press exit button once and select epg importer. Then press the blue button and scroll to the end and select (new) Rytec UK sat/virgin (something like that) and then select each of the 6 options that open up so they are all ticked. Press green to save and then yellow to do a manual download
 
Sorry for no replying sooner, i had found the ipk i mention above and epg importer is in lst and all is well.
I am on vermin using Star h2.
