EPG stopped populating

Hi guys my epg is no longer updating do I need to upgrade my openvix image?
It's weird was working the other day but now EPG importer won't work.
I have the correct sources ticked and I can see the download progress but my EPG is not populated when it's finished

check your hdd is mounted correctly and has space

Oh ye just checked it's internal harddrive with 800gb left but I have the EPG going to my usb thumb drive that has 4gb left on it

My vu Ultimo won't allow for online update would a usb update do the same thing?

I,m also having similar issues with a tm twin 4k, atv 6.1 with online update just done again, import sources etc all done, even uninstalled and re-installed epg import to no avail.

My epg does populate for 7 days however lots of channels on almost all genres remain blank.

I do for sky channels, hybrid box i have but for virgin i use epgimport and or epgrefresh, it comes and goes tbh so prolly will fix itself

With my last iptv provider,I lost all epg and was told to use epgimport which never seemed to work.I Now have a new provider and their name is listed as a source in epgimporter and now all epg works for UK and US.

Got sorted guys turns out I just had to remove my current epgimporter and install new one from plugins and everything was back. Thanks for help
