Extend 9500 tunner problems

Hi i have a extend 9500 and when i update to the latest openvix online my tunner b does not work please help me

cable or sat and do your tuners say both set up? cables ok and you have checked

Sat when i go into signal finder tunner a if fine but tunner b says 0 if i reboot the box it will work then stops again after a while

Sounds to me as if one of your cables or loose either at the box end or the satellite. check your lnb cables at your box first. swap then round with each other at the box, and then check sat finder and see if the failed tuner moves to tuner A. if it does get your ladder out.
