extra voice over , for poor visual or blind viewing

When watching corrie or popular uk programmes, there is an extra voice to aide the visually impared .
This has been activated on my x2 speed , how do i turn it off in settings ! Help please wife going nuts and it was her that must had turned it on - ( thats the only thing shes turned on........)

Press the audio button when its happening and select a different feed

I had the same issue on my Libertview V8! So bloody annoying.

Ok - how do you turn off for good cos it comes back ,even done a factory reset !!!
