Extrend 8500 HDisk

Looking to install a hard disk into one of these boxes - any info appreciated - sata 2 or 3 etc -

ive installed hdd in boxes never that 1 had 1s with 2.5 and 3.5 open and see there easier than thought i would never ​buy 1 with it inside again get 1tb for price of 500

You don't need to format it first, just put the drive in and the box will do it when you setup the hard drive
