f3 box

Hi all just got a F3 box im very happy with it but it freezes a bit has any got any ideas how to stop it happening as much thanx for any help

If your signals are gud and using hardwired then i would lean towards your line provider.Does this happen on fta aswell as $ channels?

you could try scanning for more channels recently i had to swap sky sports 2 hd as it was stronger on another frequency
