F5s box channel memory HELP required !!

Hi all, when I channel search I get to 2% roughly and get message "space full" can anyone help me to delete existing channel lists - have already done the obvious and gone to delete all channels, still getting the message

After deleting channels I cannot leave the main menu screen as no channels are stored to select, I research satalite and then error shows - tried different signals different searches rebooting

after deleting channels reboot box then load new channel list from aj then reboot again to show channels
