factory reset or the bm5000s goes in the bin?

I desperately need to factory reset
BUT
The remote asks for a 4 digit passcode
I've never entered one before and nothing I enter works.
I've lost loads of channels and wanted to scan for channels but I can't do anything with the remote without this code.
So I want to factory reset but can't without code again
So it's looking like it's off in the bin soon.

I've contacted blade via email but no response.

Its pretty easy to find in the menu

its even called factory reset or something like that (at work atm so don't have one infront of me)

Bear in mind it will delete everything, your channels, your line, everything

Have you tried "0000"? That's the default pin on my receiver.
