Finally setup but not all channels working

Hi. After days of frustration I finally got my Zgemma 2s box up and running with n-line. Only problem is that all channels are not working. Movies, mtv and a few others inc FTA ones ok, but sports, atlantic and one amongst others do not work. Just a blank screen and tune fail message, Any ideas whats up?
I've done a rescan of channels and dish cables are connected correctly but no joy.
 
done that and didnt fix it. also reflashed back to bobs openatv 5.0 and same problem. there are 77 updates when I check system updates would doing that help?
