I have sent over everything there need even deleted playlist and got new one and sent details over still not working

I would take a trial from another provider to see if problem is provider end or your end is it a mac based sub or an xc api login details you have as there is a number of apps you can try if api if mac based only stb emu pro and if portal try with just /c for mac based sub did you get your sub off here at all maybe one of mods could look at it for you

Ask them for your username and password and try a different app. It’s almost definitely a provider issue but may just be an issue with extreme editor.

Got it sorted mate deleted app and reinstalled it works great now thanks for your help
