first scan got more channels 2nd scan missing channels?

I had bt sports and ss2 but now did 2nd scan and the channels arent there?

Ive just noticed that i have a sky cable length 40m running to the amiko that has channels missing and other cable running only 10m and the 10m length has picked all the channels after doing blind scan on and now i have all the channels.

But the bt hd channels on the 40m length sky cable is glitching meaning the signal is not strong enough but on the 10m length bt hd is fine.

Is there anyway to boost the signal strength on the 40m length?

must be old or bad cables used,no you cant boost sat cable.

I bought the sat cable roll from wickes 4 years ago fresh pack.

Surely that shouldnt affect it?

what spec was the cable as its signal loss your getting over distance like cable is not shielded.

Ive binned the roll. Just said satillete cable roll blue pack lol

if you buy coax look for the lowest loss in db at the frequency that its to be used on.
