hi got wooshbuild on box went to load new infinity woosbuild tells you to flash new open atv put image on usb stick put it into box switch on nothing happens it just boots back to original image any one help please thanks mial

make sure the usb is formatted with FAT32 before you do anything
put the new image on the usb
and into rear usb port, power on with white button

if it doesn't flash, try another usb stick

Sometimes they don't like certain USB's for flashing, especially large ones, these work.

Tried 2 sticks nothing happens just reboots back to original image

done every thing you have said just reboots back up to original image on box display says boot where it should say flash

keep trying with different usb sticks,my box has killed 2 of mine,after useing it in the box as a hdd then when it is formatted back to fat32 they wont flash the box,I now just keep a sandisk 32gb for flashing
