forgotten password

Hi

I am trying to make a backup of my cline so that i can update my box (bm7000c)
however i can get into the 9991 menu but whenever i try to access the details of the first line it asks for a password,
I have tried the most common passwords, 9991, 0000, 1111, etc but i have not had any luck,
if someone could advise of a method to maybe download the line onto a usb or know of a work around for the password, i would be greatly appreciated,

I think you can download the csinfo.txt file to usb from the 9991 menu.Press the GRP button(above exit).Then the password 9991 again and then the file should go onto the usb.Cheers

thanks for the reply as i did not know the password that did not work, but by some luck i guessed the correct password so i could eventually backup the line via usb or writing down

it was 2580
