... after requesting test server lines?

Do you reply to all PM offers? Do you reply to those whose servers you tested but passed on?

On Friday I requested IPTV tests (am still undecided if this is the route I will take or whether I'll go with cable) and got around 15 offers, due to time constraints I have only replied to and tried one so far.

Go with cable mate, and if that ever goes, then it's time for iptv, unless other options are available by then.
It's your choice who you reply to, it's business after all. It's upto the suppliers to consider thier replies and service in order sell it to you. If you have the time you can reply to all even if it's only to say thanks but no thanks, I think that is etiquette.

all ways hands down cable way to go for now like wilsock says:: until cable goes dark:( then iptv at least with cable setup more user friendly
