Freezing and scramble f5s Cccam line

Hi there can anyone help me out here I have a cline up and running with my sky bos f5s but when ever I am watching a program it keeps freezing and showing scrambled for about 30sec to 60sec WHY.
the signal intensity is 90%
the signal quality 74%
sky is clear out side so no weather interference
and I am using 60meg fibre optic BB.
I am well confused. is it my Cline ??????????

Yes it seems like your cline. I have everything identical to you there and my line is flawless
