Freezing channel

Hi guys just want to ask if there is anything I can do to stop freezing on few channels. My providers server is great for me but a mate likes to watch some channels I don't really care for. The worse is FoxHD it freezes every second and sometimes doesn't come back on again. Is there anything I can do for single channels. My provider hasn't really helped. I'd like to add the server is 95% great its just a couple of channels that are bad.
 
Oh sorry didn't really give much info, no this is a VM server, I'm using Oscam my mates using mgcamd but that channel is still really bad.
 
Iv a splitter in my setup it's a lab gear 3 way splitter. But my mate doesn't use one he's just 1 single vm tuner.
 
As I said its really just 2 to 3 channels my mates complaining about but fox HD is unwatchable its what he wants to watch mostly, I'm not really bothered with it but I did notice that it's bad for me and him.
