what box are you using?

what build is on it?

are there any splitters involved in the setup? - what name is on them?

what channels are worst affected? - sports and movies or some of the more obscure channels like +1?

Sports , movies are perfect , seems to be more Descovery, history, + and non +... Found this strange only happening on some...

Would putting a splitter on help ?

no, splitters reduce the signal

have you checked your signal strength via the cable modem logs?

post them here if you can

Haven't m8, how do I check that ? Signal that shows up as I change channels reads around 73%

Could depend on your server set up

Some use all locals and some use a mix of locals and shares

My Sky Arts is always a bit ropy any time of the day and night, but sports and films etc are always spot on

So some less popular channels may be shared to keep the cost down.

So the service may not be as good for those channels.
