FTA Channels Disappeared

Hi,

My FTA channels have disappeared from my EPG. I get a "service unavailable. Check tuner configuration" error whenever it try and switch to a FTA channels.

Both tuners are configured to 28.2E Astra. I have re-scanned AutoBouquets and have restarted the box. Neither have resolved the issue.

Using an Edision OS Mini. Any ideas on what's causing the issue?

Quite a few channels are also showing as "unknown" too. Eg Sky Atlantic

Also channel numbers have somehow changed. 118 takes me to Sky1 instead of ITV2

Check the cables fro your dish to your box, maybe ones come loose as FTA work with a line so you should atleast have those channels

yes check signal finder levels should be 95% and forgot the other lol 82%,not many channels moved according to the bible of sats.

I've checked that both the cables are in and the SNR level on both tuners is 99%

Given that some of my Sky channels are now in the wrong order could it be something to do with my AutoBouquets? Would it be worth deleting AutoBouquets and rescanning?
